Shake your sillies out in this parent-child creative movement class! These 45-minute classes will provide developmentally appropriate movement activities, songs and games with emphasis on joyful connection with parent or caregiver. Creative Movement is a fantastic way to create balance in body and mind (for kids and parents too!) through the contrasting elements of dance concepts. Geared towards children aged 1 year (and walking) to 3 years, with parent or caregiver.

Classes are generally held the 2nd Saturday of the month. Check back here for details each month.

Instructions to Pre-Register & Pay Online (Optional; Drop-ins are also welcome!)

• Head to our Class Juggler Customer Portal to shop for classes in the Dance With Me! Parent/Tot 2nd Saturday Classes storefront.

  • When you first access the customer portal, you will be asked to read and agree to Blacksburg Dance Theater's General Liability Waiver, General Studio Policies, and Image Release Agreement. A copy of the policies may also be found here. You may disregard info about tuition, semester classes, and recitals as this does not apply to Parent / Tot classes.

• Check out with your classes. You will not be charged yet. You will get an automated Order Confirmation email of your requested classes.

• A member of our Admin team will then review your order. You will get another automated message for each class as our Admin team processes the class enrollment and posts the correct tuition to your account for each class you signed up for.

• Once we have processed all of the classes in your order, we will then send an Account Statement to you. You can then sign back into your Customer Portal account to make a payment.

• If you cannot attend a class session you have already paid for, we are happy to credit that payment to your account for future classes.
