Fall 2025 Adult Movement Programs Have Launched at Open Space Studios!

How it works: Instructors of all movement styles are invited to rent space at an affordable hourly rate, set your own prices, and publicize your class schedules here.

10 Class Pass for Tap, Intermediate Modern, and Musical Theatre

Tap, Intermediate Modern, and Musical Theatre can be paid for on a class to class basis for $17 each class or we also have a 10 class punchard for $150. To choose this option when signing up for classes, type “10 class punch card” into the “questions or comments for the administrator” of the class you select. We will charge you as such through your customer portal and you can pick up your card with the first star punched out on your first day.

Fall 2025 Adult Movement Program Offerings

Need help getting registered? Follow this easy step by step guide!

Step 1: Click this link to visit the ClassJuggler customer portal. You can also find this link on the home page of our website. If you need to return to this page, you will need this link.

Step 2: Once you reach the customer portal page, click REGISTER NOW. 

Step 3: Fill in your customer registration form with your name and info. There will be a step to include a secondary person and student’s info later.

Step 4: You will put “Student” in the customer category unless you plan to register a younger child later as well. In that case, you would put “Caretaker.”

Step 5: Next, you will add a secondary contact. This person can be, but is not limited to, a partner or spouse, a family member, or a trusted friend.

Step 6: You will now be prompted to agree to the policies provided. Please be sure to read them carefully and then check that you agree. If you have any questions or would not like to be photographed during this semester, please email us at info@blacksburgdancetheater.com. 

Step 7: A welcome message will appear. Click “Close” in the bottom left corner.

Step 8: Next, we will add your dancer information. Click “Family” on the far left. Then click “Student” or “Add a student to your family” under the yellow bar.

Step 9: You have arrived at the student information page. Click “Add a new student.”

Step 10: Input your information and click “student is the same person as customer” if you are registering yourself. Be sure to include any allergies or other important needs at the bottom under “student medical information.”

Step 11: If you don’t need to add anyone else, you can start shopping for classes! To shop for classes, you can either click on the link in the yellow bar or click “Shopping” on the left. Then click “Shop for Classes”.

Step 12: Choosing classes is just like online shopping! You will be choosing classes to add to your cart. Click the green button next to your 1st class. For adult movement program classes, you will be signing up for individual days. Each class you buy is that one day’s class.

Step 13: For each class, select a student (you or otherwise). Scroll down. Here you’ll see the class information and the price for individual classes ($17). 

Step 14: There is also the option for a 10 class punchcard. For this option, type “10 class punch card” into the “questions or comments for the administrator” of the class you select. We will charge you as such and you can pick up your card with the first star punched out on your first day. 

Step 15: If you’re ready to check out, click “Check Out Now with my Shopping Cart.” If you want to choose another class, click “Back to Class List” and repeat the process until you are ready to check out.

Step 16: When you click “Check Out Now with My Shopping Cart” or the yellow shopping cart in the far right corner, you will come to this page. Here you can see the classes you have chosen and their dates and times. Double check that all this information is correct before you click “Checkout.” Click “ok” to confirm you’re ready to check out.

Step 17: You will receive a confirmation that your order has been sent. We will approve your enrollment ASAP and send bill you for your course on this page. YOU ARE NOT FULLY REGISTERED UNTIL WE HAVE APPROVED YOU AND YOU HAVE PAID.

Step 18: When your order has been approved, you will receive an email and in your customer portal you will see a balance in the right hand corner of your screen in the BLUE RECTANGLE. To pay, either click the rectangle or click “My Account” and then the sub category “Make a Payment.”

Step 19: To pay the full balance, click “Pay my full balance”.Then fill in your credit/debit card information. When you have filled everything out and feel ready, click “Submit Payment”.

Step 20: Congrats! You have completed registration! You will now receive an emailed notification of your payment and an invoice for your classes.
